Ice skating becomes one of my favourite winter activity in Vancouver.

The Shipyards Skate Plaza is an excellent spot to enjoy it. The area features a covered ice rink that is open to the public for most of the winter season. Don’t worry if you are beginner, they have ice skating assist device for you to get familiar with the feelings of skating! Don’t afraid of taking first step:)

Beside ice skating, there are plenty of amenities nearby. You can grab a warm cup of coffee at a cafe, have a bite to eat at a restaurant, or shop around in nearby stores.
